Services may be covered by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Our services are out-of-network. Payment is made at the time of service, and we provide you with an insurance-reimburseable receipt. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
What is my behavioral health coverage?
Do I have out-of-network benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
What is my out-of-pocket?
Cash, check and credit cards (Visa, MC, DSC) accepted for payment.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you may be subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
